By using an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) you are assured your real estate agent is one of the most experienced and highly trained in the business.To attain this designation, a real estate practitioner must complete an extensive classroom training program on buyer agency practices and procedures, pass a written examination and submit evidence of practical experience as a Buyer's Representative.

A Buyer's Representative Offers Many Benefits

• Evaluate the specific needs and wants of the buyer and locate properties that fit those needs.
• Assist buyer in determining the amount that they can afford (pre-qualify), and then showing properties in that price range.
  Assist in viewing properties and either accompany client on the showings or preview properties on behalf of the client to insure identified parameters are met.
• Research selected properties to identify any issues to help the consumer in making an informed decision prior to making an offer on the property.
• Advise client on structuring a purchase offer.
  Present offer to seller's agent and seller on the client's behalf.
  Negotiate on behalf of the buyer to help obtain the property.  Keep in mind that the buyer agent will be doing so with their clients best interests in mind.
• Review and explain legal documents to a buyer client.
  Recommend and assist in securing financing.
  Provide a list of potential qualified vendors e.g. movers, attorneys, carpenters if these services are needed.
